CHRISTIAN LIFE COACHING PROGRAM

TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN OUR COACHING PROGRAM

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT

By signing below or proceeding with this Christian Life Coaching program, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. I am entering into this coaching relationship knowingly and willingly.

1. NATURE OF CHRISTIAN LIFE COACHING

1.1 What Christian Life Coaching Is:

A collaborative partnership focused on personal growth and spiritual development
Goal-oriented conversations designed to help you discover your God-given potential
Biblical principle-based guidance for life decisions and personal transformation
Support in developing practical action steps toward your desired outcomes
Encouragement in aligning your life with Christian values and biblical teachings

1.2 What Christian Life Coaching Is NOT:

NOT licensed therapy, counseling, or psychological treatment
NOT medical or mental health care
NOT a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic services
NOT crisis intervention or emergency mental health support
NOT pastoral counseling or formal spiritual direction

2. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS

2.1 Professional Boundaries

I understand that my coach is not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional. The coaching provided is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

2.2 Scope of Practice

Christian Life Coaching focuses on:

Personal goal setting and achievement
Spiritual growth and development
Life transitions and decision-making
Character development based on biblical principles
Accountability and motivation
Practical life skills and strategies

2.3 Referral Responsibility

If I am currently receiving professional medical or mental health treatment, I will inform my coach and continue working with my licensed healthcare providers. I understand my coach may recommend I seek appropriate professional help if needed.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES AND COMMITMENTS

3.1 Participation Requirements

I agree to:

Participate actively and honestly in coaching sessions
Complete agreed-upon action steps and assignments
Communicate openly about my progress and challenges
Respect scheduled appointment times and cancellation policies
Take full responsibility for my decisions and actions

3.2 Health and Safety Disclosure

I will immediately inform my coach if I am experiencing:

Thoughts of self-harm or suicide
Severe depression or anxiety
Substance abuse issues
Domestic violence or abuse situations
Any mental health crisis

I understand that in such cases, my coach will refer me to appropriate professional resources and may suspend coaching services until I receive proper care.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY

4.1 Privacy Protection

All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law or in cases where there is imminent danger to myself or others.

4.2 Limits of Confidentiality

Confidentiality may be broken if:

I give written permission to share information
There is a legal requirement to report (such as suspected abuse)
There is imminent danger of harm to self or others
Court orders require disclosure

5. FINANCIAL TERMS

5.1 Payment Agreement

I agree to pay all coaching fees as outlined in the separate fee schedule. Payment is due according to the agreed-upon terms.

5.2 Cancellation Policy

I understand the cancellation policy for sessions and will provide appropriate notice for any changes to scheduled appointments.

6. RESULTS AND EXPECTATIONS

6.1 No Guaranteed Outcomes

I understand that Christian Life Coaching does not guarantee specific results or outcomes. My progress depends on my commitment, effort, and willingness to implement coaching strategies.

6.2 Personal Responsibility

I take full responsibility for all decisions I make during and after coaching sessions. My coach provides guidance and support, but I am ultimately responsible for my choices and their consequences.

7. FAITH-BASED APPROACH

7.1 Biblical Foundation

I understand this coaching program incorporates Christian principles and biblical teachings. While my coach respects diverse backgrounds, the coaching approach is grounded in Christian faith.

7.2 Voluntary Participation

My participation in this faith-based coaching program is entirely voluntary. I am free to discontinue at any time if the approach does not align with my beliefs or needs.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from this coaching relationship will be addressed through direct communication first, followed by mediation if necessary, in accordance with biblical principles of conflict resolution.

9. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with appropriate notice. Reasons for termination may include:

Completion of coaching goals
Lack of progress or engagement
Determination that professional therapy is needed
Violation of agreement terms
Mutual decision to discontinue

10. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

I understand that my coach's liability is limited to the fees paid for coaching services. I release my coach from any claims for damages beyond this amount.

I hereby acknowledge that:

□ I agree to all terms and conditions of this coaching program
