1. Nature of Services — Life Coaching vs. Therapy

The services provided are Christian life coaching services only. Life coaching is a professional relationship focused on personal development, goal-setting, spiritual growth, accountability, and helping individuals reach their God-given potential. It is a forward-looking, action-oriented process grounded in biblical principles.

Christian life coaching is NOT a licensed mental health service and is explicitly distinguished from the following:

• Psychotherapy or psychological counseling

• Psychiatric treatment or medical care

• Licensed professional counseling (LPC) or clinical social work

• Marriage and family therapy (LMFT)

• Substance abuse treatment or addiction counseling

• Crisis intervention or emergency mental health services

Your coach is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, social worker, or medical professional unless separately and explicitly stated. Nothing communicated during coaching sessions, written materials, worksheets, or any other medium constitutes medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, severe depression, trauma, or any condition requiring clinical care, please seek the services of a licensed mental health professional or contact emergency services immediately.

 

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice

The information, guidance, worksheets, teachings, scripture-based content, and all other materials shared in connection with our coaching services are intended for general spiritual encouragement and personal development purposes only. They do not constitute and should not be relied upon as:

• Legal advice or legal services of any kind

• Financial, investment, or tax advice

• Medical or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment

• Professional counseling or therapy

• Nutritional or dietary guidance requiring medical supervision

3. Results Disclaimer

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality Christian life coaching experience. However, we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or transformations as a result of participating in our coaching programs, sessions, courses, or materials.

Results vary based on many factors, including but not limited to:

• Your personal commitment, effort, and consistency

• Your individual circumstances, background, and starting point

• External factors beyond our or your control

• Your willingness to apply biblical and coaching principles to your daily life

Testimonials or success stories shared on our website, social media, or other materials reflect the individual experiences of specific clients and are not guarantees of the same outcomes for you. Your experience and results may differ.

Our coaching services are explicitly rooted in the Christian faith and Holy Scripture. Sessions, materials, and worksheets will draw upon biblical principles, prayer, and the teachings of Jesus Christ. Participation in our services constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of faith-based content.

We respect all individuals regardless of background and serve with compassion. However, if you have concerns about the faith-based nature of our services, we encourage you to consider whether our approach is the right fit for your needs prior to purchase or enrollment.

 

5. Website & Digital Content Disclaimer

The content on our website, blog, social media channels, email communications, and digital resources is provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of any information, materials, or services contained therein.

We are not responsible for any third-party websites, resources, or services linked from our website. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.

6. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases, program enrollments, session packages, digital products, and payments made for coaching services are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable once payment has been processed.

 

6a. Scope of the No Refund Policy

This No Refund Policy applies to all of the following, without exception:

• Individual coaching sessions (single sessions or session bundles)

• Coaching programs, packages, and memberships of any duration

• Digital downloads, worksheets, workbooks, and templates

• Online courses, video content, and recorded materials

• Group coaching programs and masterminds

• Workshops, seminars, and retreats (in-person or virtual)

• Any other paid service, product, or resource offered

6b. Rationale for This Policy

We invest significant time, preparation, and resources into every client relationship and program. Our commitment to you begins the moment your payment is received. Coaching is a collaborative, relational process — the value is delivered through presence, preparation, personalized guidance, and the investment of time that cannot be reclaimed once given.

By reserving your spot or purchasing a service, you are accepting a place that may have been declined to another client. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds regardless of whether you choose to use the service once it has been made available to you.

We believe in operating with integrity, transparency, and mutual respect. Our expectation is that you will prayerfully and thoughtfully consider any investment in coaching before purchasing. If you have questions prior to purchase, we welcome a discovery conversation.

6c. Missed Sessions & No-Shows

Scheduled coaching sessions that are missed, cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or otherwise not attended by the client are forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded. We ask that you honor your commitment and communicate promptly if your circumstances change.

We understand that emergencies arise. In cases of verified extraordinary circumstances (e.g., hospitalization, bereavement), we may, at our sole discretion, offer a session credit. This is not a right or guarantee but an act of grace extended at our sole judgment.

6d. Cancellation of Ongoing Programs

If you choose to discontinue a multi-session package or ongoing coaching program before its completion, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused sessions or remaining program portions. We encourage you to honor your commitment to the process and to yourself.

We reserve the right to terminate the coaching relationship at any time if a client engages in abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward our team. In such a case, no refund will be issued for any remaining sessions.

6e. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider for services rendered or made available according to the terms of this policy. If you have a concern, we ask that you contact us directly so we may work toward a resolution in a spirit of grace and good faith.

Any fraudulent chargeback attempts will be disputed vigorously and may result in legal action to recover losses, fees, and damages incurred.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use our services

• Any coaching advice, guidance, or content provided

• Any decisions you make based on information received during coaching

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of our services

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific service to which the claim relates.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content, worksheets, workbooks, course materials, frameworks, methodologies, graphics, written materials, and resources created and provided by us are our exclusive intellectual property and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use materials for your own individual growth and development. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, sublicense, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written consent.

 

9. Governing Law

This Legal Disclaimer and No Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washington County/Arkansas.

We encourage any disagreements to first be addressed through direct, good-faith communication with us, in keeping with the biblical principle found in Matthew 18:15.

 

10. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of this disclaimer or policy is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

This document, together with any signed coaching agreement, constitutes the entire understanding between you and us regarding the matters described herein and supersedes all prior representations, discussions, or agreements.

 

11. Changes to This Disclaimer

We reserve the right to update or modify this Legal Disclaimer and No Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or notification to active clients. Your continued use of our services following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
